Deposit for online reservations stays longer than 2 days.
By policies of the Hotel we have implemented the request for a deposit prior to sending your reservation to those who wish to stay for periods longer than 2 days in our facilities.
This payment is mandatory for all guests who make their reservation from our digital media (Facebook, WhatsApp, Online Chat) or phone call, in order to provide a better service and have stock of rooms available for all our guests.

- Hotel Dionys is not responsible for lost items not declared at reception

- Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms
Pets
- Pets are not allowed.
Children and additional beds
- We accept the lodging of children with their representative.
- Additional beds can be included if room space allows.

IMPORTANT:
If you wish to cancel your reservation you must notify 72 hours in advance, the amount of the deposit may be used in an upcoming reservation within a period not exceeding 30 days from the moment you notify your cancellation.
* The amount deposited for guarantee reasons is non-refundable, if you decide not to make use of your reservation it will be paid for administrative and maintenance costs of the rooms.
